Joshua Lee Stein, is the local massage and body work therapist. He has been active in the
holistic health field since 1984 and in Jamaica since 1994. His work is a synthesis of several massage and bodywork
therapies. A session with Joshua blends deep and light massage with movement, sensitive touch, and energetic awareness.
These elements allow for the spontaneous release of neuromuscular tension and/or pain. Massages are available at your
hotel, guest house, or at Joshua’s Massage Hut located at Jake’s Hotel overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

| Milk River Bath |
The highest radioactive mineral bath in the world (50 times more so than Vichy, France
and three times those of Karlsbad in the Czech Republic) Milk River Baths claims to provide temporary relief from the pain
of arthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, gout, sciatic nerve, lumbago, and nervous conditions. Some even believe taking a drink
of the water will enhance the healing powers. Up to four people can enjoy a bath in one of six small private rooms.
Because of the level of radioactivity you are limited to no more than a 30 minute bath. Also available on the property is a
modest 20 room hotel, restaurant, and masseuse. This attraction is very popular with Jamaicans and can become crowded on
weekends and holidays.
