| Appleton Estate Rum Tour | A true legend in Jamaica. See --and taste-- how their international award winning rums

produce.

| Bamboo Avenue | Located along the main A2 road between Lacovia and Middle Quarters, Bamboo Avenue is a
picturesque two and a half mile stretch of bamboo trees which arch to form a natural tunnel. Planted in the early 1900's to
provide a respite from the hot sun for the sugar cane workers of Holland Estates, today it is a favorite spot for coconut
and peanut vendors to ply their trade. Stop and enjoy a refreshing coconut water while snapping a few pictures of this
famous attraction.

| Belvedere Estate | A visit to the 1000 acre Belvedere Estate is a fascinating step back in time. This
historic property, where the first 'Trash House' was burnt to force the abolition of slavery, boasts a dam, waterwheel,
the magnificent Great River and ruins of the Great House and sugar factory in a beautiful country setting.

| Bob Marley's Birthplace (Nine Mile) | Half the fun of this trip is the truly breathtaking drive through rural Jamaica past
farm land filled with banana, coffee, and yam...not to mention lots of friendly waves from farmers. Upon arrival, you will
be greeted by a Rastafarian (usually a self-proclaimed relative of the music legend) who will lead you through a tour of
Bob's birthplace, inspiration for many songs, and mausoleum. Keep in mind that this is a Jamaican attraction--expect quaint
kitsch and you won't be disappointed. Also offered are an Ital (vegetarian) snack bar and gift shop chock full of Bob Marley
paraphernalia.

Cove and Chukka Blue Adventure Tour companies operated by the Melville and Byles families in Jamaica. With Corporate
offices based in Montego Bay, the company distinguishes itself as the number one nature adventure tour provider in the
region.

| Coffee Factory Tour | Coffee, coffee, coffee! Situated near Mandeville, Jamaica Standard Products Company
produces three brands of coffee: the world famous Blue Mountain, its own Estate brand called Baronhall Estate and High
Mountain Coffee. They provide a tour (by appointment only, Monday to Friday) which is free of charge and consists of
getting first hand knowledge of the roasting, grinding and vacuum packing of the 3 main brands of Jamaican Coffee.
The factory has a small retail outlet where all brands are available for sale. Brewed coffee is served to guests free of
cost.

| Fi Reel Fishng Tours | Catch a big fish with Captain Paolo on board El Tazar, offering deep sea fishing tours
departing from White House. Enjoy the early morning beauty of the Caribbean Sea possibly catching a glimpse of frolicking
dolphin, sea turtles, egrets, herons, and so much more, while casting your line overboard in search of the catch of the day.
Fishing locations are spread over a range of 20 miles depending on the length of the tour. Fishing tours are by the hour or
half day trip. Troll from 1 or 2 miles off shore or to the inner banks depending on the length of the trip. The catch will

| Floyds Pelican Bar | Pelican Reef Bar is the real thing! A quaint bar situated on a reef about 1 mile off the
South Coast. Your boat ride to the reef that is also a fish sightseeing trip! You're bound to see dolphin, turtles, pilot
whales, flying fish, and the occasional manatee. Then cruise up Black River, see crocodiles up close, exotic birds and enjoy

| Negril Day Trip | Spend a day in the famous town of Negril complete with all the trappings of a resort area.
Visit the west end famous for its cliff-diving and picturesque sunsets. Walk the bustling, hotel-lined white sand beach and
enjoy snorkling, people watching, para-sailing, jet skiing, and glass-bottom boat tours. Or cruise into town and shop till you

| Roaring River | Visit Roaring River with it's bottomless artesian spring which supplies half the river's
water. The countyside is beautiful.

| St. Charles Beach | Plan a day trip to the deserted St. Charles Beach. Your captain will be happy to catch
shrimp or fish for a cook out on the beach. The water is crystal clear.

| The Sunny Island Boat Tour | Takes you in the opposite direction as Black River past the Pedro Bluff and along the
cliffs where Lover's Leap towers 1750 feet above. Once arriving at the sand spit known as Sunny Island you will see it is
aptly named due to its lack of trees and vegetation. A colorful reef surrounds the island and is great for snorkeling. After a
few hours of swimming and snorkeling, cruise to Alligator Pond and dine at a fresh seafood restaurant located on the beach.
Let your food settle while enjoying the unspoiled vista on the ride home.

| Swim and Snorkel | Treasure Beach offers four public beaches and several small coves suited for swimming and
body surfing in the warm Caribbean sea. Some sections of reef provide good snorkeling spots for viewing colorful tropical fish
and an assortment of coral. Plan on bringing your own equipment if your accommodations doesn't supply them.

| TY Waterfall | This is a great waterfall on private property that has been opened to the public. They have
done a great job of preserving the natural beauty while allowing lots of people to enjoy the beauty of their natural treasure.
There are lifeguards that help you get on the rope swing and also assist you as you swim into and behind the waterfall.
When you arrive you pay a fee of $10US to enjoy the grounds and ride on a tractor pulled train to the bottom of the waterfall.
The grounds are gorgeous with lots of flowers and and well-kept natural habitat. When you get to the falls you will have a
short walk to the water. The flowers and plants along the way are spectacular. The first thing to do is climb the steps to the
top which is where the largest falls can be viewed. After you have finished there you will want to walk back down to the lower
falls and the beautiful pools of water which provide a refreshing place to swim.

| YS Falls | This waterfall, comprised of eight cascades falling 120 feet, is one of the most beautiful
and well-kept attractions in Jamaica. (In fact, the Browne family, owners for the last 110 years, recently won an environmental
award for their efforts.) A tractor-drawn jitney takes you through fields of Guango, Cotton, Quickstick and Cedar trees where
thoroughbred racehorses and Jamaican Red Poll cattle graze. At the end of the ride lies the waterfall, complete with a
Tarzan-style rope swing, calm pools for swimming, picnic areas, and changing rooms. For an additional $6.00 US you can go
on a 45 minute tubing excursion down the YS River starting at the bottom of the falls and ending up further downstream
where the jitney will pick you up.

| Seaside Restaurant and Andrea's Steak House | Both of these elegant restaurants are located at
Marblue and are now open to the public.
Seaside Restaurant is the heart of this oasis and owner/gourmet chef Alex Ansel, from Cologne Germany.
He will delight you with his innovative style of cooking.
He has captured Jamaican dishes, giving them his own unique European twist and uses only the freshest
local produce. Seaside Restaurant also includes - 8 course tasting menu, minimum order: 2 with reservations only Andreas Steak House is a bit on the elegant side and highlights Surf and Turf (Sample Menu) A selection of fine wines are available in both colours. |
| Fisherman's Night Club |
Located between Jakes and Tiffany's, their cook specializes in Jamaican dishes: seafood,
lobster, jerk fish and chicken, and vegetarian fare. Dine at wooden tables surrounded by authentic Jamaican waddle
architecture. The front bamboo and thatch bar is fully stocked and waiting for your order. The back bar features a pool
table and video poker machines. In between the two is a dancehall big enough for 150 people complete with DJ booth, lights,

| Sister Lou's Rest Stop | This modest riverside eatery features delicious baked crabs, seasoned and served in
their shells by Sister Lou herself, and washed down with a cold ginger beer or Red Stripe.

| Jack Sprat Café |
Located directly on the sea, Jack Sprat Café offers a selection of pastries, ice cream,
pizza and full seafood dinners. Wander off of the beach after working up an appetite swimming in the azure Caribbean Sea
and satisfy your hunger at Jack Sprat, specializing in fish done any style served with bammy, shrimp in a cream sauce,
pizza with toppings including jerk chicken, sausage, pepperoni, and vegetable, and when available, curried conch and conch
soup. On the lighter side, Jack Sprat offers freshly baked baguettes; orange, pineapple upside down, and triple layer

| Little Ochi By The Sea Restaurant | Considered by many to serve the best seafood in all of Jamaica. Come to Alligator Pond,
the largest fishing village on the south coast of Jamaica, and feast your appetite on lobster, crab, shrimp, conch, and a
large variety of fish fresh from the sea. Stroll out to the beach after purchasing your cold Red Stripe from Marcia, and
choose which boat you would like to dine in.

| Places to Eat along the way | Treasure Beach has various beach cafes, road-side stands, and one or two more upscale,
but far from formal, restaurants. What we don't have are exclusive, 'guest-only' restaurants. Everyone is welcome everywhere.
Enjoy local dishes of pumpkin soup, ackee and salt fish, jerk chicken and pork, or even curried goat. And don't forget the incredible
fresh lobster*, fish, crab, conch*, and sea puss (octopus) which our fishermen provide daily. In fact, you can watch them unload their
catch on the beach and choose your dinner right there.

| Tiffany's | Carmen Sutherland is the hardworking founder of this pleasant, unpretentious restaurant beside the
main street of Treasure Beach. Established in 1993, it occupies a colonial-inspired concrete building whose simple interior is painted
in pale tones of blue and pink. Named after one of the owner's favorite books and films (Breakfast at Tiffany's), it features such
items as soups, roast beef, T-bone steaks, and peppered steak, three different preparations of chicken (including a version inspired by
Waikiki Beach, with pineapple slices), burgers, sandwiches, and salads.

We have local calabash crafts, beautiful hand woven baskets, and of course, our award winning
Starlight. The "Starlight" holds a candle, and when it is lit, it will remind you of Treasure Beach's magnificent evening skies.
This local treasure was recently recognized by our Ministry of Tourism for being a premier local product, which assist in "creating a
better quality of life within the community. All profits from our House of Treasures goes to the Treasure Beach Women's Group to help

Joshua Lee Stein, is the local massage and body work therapist. He has been active in the
holistic health field since 1984 and in Jamaica since 1994. His work is a synthesis of several massage and bodywork

| Milk River Bath | The highest radioactive mineral bath in the world (50 times more so than Vichy, France
and three times those of Karlsbad in the Czech Republic) Milk River Baths claims to provide temporary relief from the pain
of arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, gout, sciatic nerve, lumbago, and nervous conditions. Some even believe taking a drink
of the water will enhance the healing powers. Up to four people can enjoy a bath in one of six small private rooms.
Because of the level of radioactivity you are limited to no more than a 30 minute bath. Also available on the property is a
modest 20 room hotel, restaurant, and masseuse. This attraction is very popular with Jamaicans and can become crowded on
weekends and holidays.

Born and raised in Great Bay, Shirley Genus has been a practising herbalist for many
years. If you're coming all the way to Treasure Beach, make sure you check out its most precious gem.

| Golfing in Mandeville | Nestled atop the cool Don Figuerero Mountains of Mandeville lies the oldest golf club in
the Western Hemisphere. Established in the 1860's the Manchester Golf Club offers a tightly laid out, yet still
challenging, nine hole, 5776 yard course with 18 tees. The greens fee is JA$750 for 9 or 18 holes. Caddies can be hired for
JA$500 per 18 holes and carts are not available. Two different golfers have reported the caddies are quite knowledgeable
and entertaining. Worth noting is an increased chance of rain in the afternoons.
